Returns Eligibility

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than those stated above.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Orders reported after the 48-hour window

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a short time after placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided by our team
